Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Providing support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
2. Coordinating new hire orientation, update new joiners and resignations in HRIS and HRMS, Initiate and completing reference checks and background verification for new joiners, collecting statutory documents like PAN, PF, bank documents, preparing employment letters, Administering surveys for new employees
3. Maintaining employee MIS, Maintaining HR Dashboard including joining and resignation pipeline
4. Designing employee engagement calendar- organize events, festive functions, monthly meets, and celebrations
5. Managing attendance and leaves of the employees
6. Ensuring smooth exit of employees, process exit documentation and clearance form, co-ordinate and conduct exit interviews
Requirements
- Flexible to work in Night Shift.
- Work from office (Delhi, NCR)
- 0-1 year of experience
- Should be able to take HR initiative, ability to prioritize, manage and handle multiple tasks, and have detail-oriented, effective time management skills
- MBA-HR Preferred
