Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Hiring the best talent in the industry
2. Sourcing profiles through various channels
3. Coordinating with the candidates and panels
4. Developing and planning recruiting strategies around sourcing, branding, candidate's experience, and management
5. Building proactive sourcing strategies to engage and nurture the pipeline of passive talents and take steps to approach people from diverse backgrounds
6. Assisting in salary negotiations and offer management
7. Maintaining the recruitment dashboards
8. Engaging with the candidates and ensuring the conversion
