Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
2. Conduct prescreening interviews.
3. Assist in interviewing and selecting employee's onsite.
4. Assist in preparing and sending offer packages.
5. Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees.
6. Conduct regular follow-ups with the director to determine the effectiveness of productivity plans and implementation.

Requirements:

1. Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
2. Effective oral and written communication skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal and training skills.
4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
