About the internship
We are looking for a proactive HR intern to join our Human Resources department for a 6-month internship. This role will provide you with exposure to various HR functions and give you hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
2. Support onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation and induction.
3. Help in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
4. Assist in maintaining employee records and updating the HR database.
5. Provide support in handling employee queries related to HR policies.
6. Participate in other HR projects and initiatives as required.

5. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
