Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Screen and shortlist applicants through phone calls/in-person interviews based on position requirements
Schedule and conduct aptitude and/or Written test for the candidates
Conducting initial interviews for eligible candidates
Finalizing applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications
Performing reference and background checks
Achieves staffing objectives within TAT
Support team with collating and analyzing recruitment and staffing data
Conduct regular follow-up to develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance
