About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Facilitate annual performance management process across entire org
2. Support roll-out and execution of talent programs for critical talent
3. Manage talent analytics, create and publish leadership dashboards
4. Work closely with HR partners to address and resolve queries and maintain performance process data
