Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 30th Dec'24 and 3rd Feb'25
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

1. Educational background: Pursuing or completing a degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR management software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, Workday) and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed).
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact with candidates, employees, and vendors effectively.
4. Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and time-management skills with attention to detail.
5. Problem-solving: Ability to address employee concerns and procurement challenges with a proactive approach.
6. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for team collaboration and relationship building with employees and suppliers.
7. Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to dynamic work environments and new HR tools or processes.
8. Availability: Flexibility to commit to full-time or part-time internship hours as per the organization's requirements.
