Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings
2. Support in maintaining employee records and documentation related to HR activities
3. Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees
4. Help with performance management activities, such as conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
5. Support in implementing HR policies and procedures within the organization
6. Assist in resolving employee relations issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
7. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to contribute to the overall success of the HR department
