Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
3. Supporting HR staff in organizing training sessions and development programs for employees.
4. Assisting with onboarding new hires and coordinating orientation sessions.
5. Participating in employee engagement initiatives and organizing company events.
6. Providing administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
7. Conducting research on HR best practices and assisting with data analysis for HR reports.
