PG Qualification: Master's degree with a specialization in Human Resources (Optional)

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Help screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for open positions.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
Support the recruitment team in organizing and participating in job fairs and other recruiting events.
Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on relevant platforms.
Provide administrative support, including preparing offer letters and managing correspondence with candidates.

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is a plus but not required.
