About the internship
As a Human Resources Intern at Dhruvaashi Software & Technology (OPC) Private Limited, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced tech company. Your role will involve supporting the HR team with various tasks, with a special focus on translation due to your unique skill set.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in recruitment processes, including posting job openings and reviewing resumes.
2. Translating HR documents, policies, and communications from English to other languages as needed.
3. Coordinating employee onboarding and orientation activities.
4. Assisting with employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution.
5. Supporting HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement surveys and training programs.
6. Maintaining HR records and databases accurately and confidentially.
7. Providing general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and handling inquiries.
