Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by managing vendors for interview lineup and coordination for scheduling interviews,
2. Support employee engagement activities such as organizing team-building events and recognition programs.
3. Maintain accurate HR records and assist with data analysis and reporting using MS-Excel.
4. Assist with onboarding new employees and facilitating orientation sessions.
5. Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR-related information and support.
6. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
7. Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment through active participation and collaboration with the HR team.
