Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
2. Compile and update employee records
3. Identify personnel requirements in the organization
4. Undertake end to end recruitment activities
5. Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
6. Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
7. Handle process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
8. Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes
9. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
10. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.)
11. Plan and implement work for the workforce
