Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
2. Assist in recruitment by posting job openings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the onboarding process.
3. Support payroll processing by gathering employee attendance data and documentation.
4. Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain necessary documentation.
5. Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.
6. Address employee queries and assist in resolving HR-related concerns.
7. Work on HR reports and data analysis to improve operational efficiency.
