We are looking at interns who are looking at building their careers in the area of Human Resources, Psychologists or Organisational Development practitioners.
The internship will require the intern to gather data from organizations by visiting them personally on a survey which will form part of wider research on the way people are managed in a certain set of locations. This will be done by way of personally interviewing the HR manager, HR head, CEO or the individual taking care of HR responsibilities in the organization.
The intent of this training is to look at interns to carry out this as part of their Winter Training assignment, dates can be shifted a little bit to accommodate the academic calendar of the individual.
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 13th Oct'19 and 12th Nov'19
3. are available for duration of 1 month
4. have relevant skills and interests

1. Individuals willing to intern should be undergoing education in MBA or equivalent, Psychology, Social Welfare or any such related study area from an institution in India.
