About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle the end-to-end recruitment process
2. Manage joining formalities, including employee orientation and documentation
3. Manage exit formalities, including full & final settlement of employees
4. Perform performance management of employees
5. Maintain monthly reports
6. Manage employee attendance
7. Maintain leave records of employees and manage files
8. Manage employee engagement activities
9. Manage statutory compliance like PF, ESIC, and Gratuity
10. Manage activities related to HR Admin
11. Handle employee grievances
12. Perform other HR activities
