Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
3. Help maintain employee records and update HR databases
4. Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events
5. Participate in HR projects, such as performance management and training programs
6. Conduct research on HR best practices and assist in policy development.
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
