About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with recruitment and selection processes, such as reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings
2. Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases with new hire information, attendance records, and other relevant data
3. Assisting with onboarding activities for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions
4. Supporting employee benefits administration, such as assisting with enrollment processes, answering employee inquiries, and updating benefit information
5. Assisting with HR policies and procedures by researching and drafting documents, such as employee handbooks, job descriptions, and HR guidelines
