About the internship
Are you a talented individual looking to kickstart your career in Human Resources? Look no further! Is It Legal, Sid? is seeking a passionate HR intern with excellent English proficiency (written and spoken) to join our dynamic team. As an HR intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
1. Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job listings and screening resumes.
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
3. Support employee onboarding and orientation processes.
4. Assist with employee relations, including addressing inquiries, resolving issues, exit interviews and topgrading.
5. Help maintain employee records and HR databases.
6. Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as training and development programs.
7. Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
8. Assist and support the founder's office with other assisgned tasks.
