As an HR Intern, you will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and administrative support. This is a great opportunity to learn the ropes of HR and contribute to meaningful projects.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment tasks, including sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews.
2. Support the onboarding process for new employees, including document management and orientation.
3. Help maintain accurate employee records and data.
4. Coordinate and support employee engagement activities.
5. Assist with payroll, attendance, and leave management.
6. Conduct research on HR best practices and policies.
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Requirements:
1. Recently completed a degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
6. Candidates should have their own laptop.
