About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understanding the job profile and sourcing candidates for junior grades
2. Scheduling and coordinating interviews for junior positions
3. Coordinating new joinee formalities and ensuring proper filing of documents
4. Supporting the department in employee engagement activities
5. Assisting in day-to-day HR operations and supporting the HR department
6. Helping in organizing and planning HR approaches, policies, and procedures
7. Assisting divisional HR representatives with the performance management system exercise
8. Working on strategic HR projects
9. Meeting with departmental representatives to discuss HR issues
10. Updating and maintaining the organizational charts of various departments
