2. Handling full life cycle of a full-time IT recruitment process, end to end recruitment
3. Efficiently managing the recruitment process and actively involved in each phase of Interaction with the candidates and briefing them about the requirement
4. Interviewing candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, executive, and senior)
5. Planning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, scheduling for assessments, and in-person interviews
6. Ensuring proper onboarding for new hires
7. Providing induction to the new hires
