4. Assist in organizing and facilitating employee training and development programs.
5. Prepare HR reports and analysis using MS-Excel to track key HR metrics.
6. Support HR team in various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
7. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.
