Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring proper documentation and orientation.
3. Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
4. Coordinate employee engagement activities, such as events, surveys, and training programs.
5. Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration.
6. Support compliance audits and manage document organization.
7. Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to support ongoing initiatives.
8. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
