Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Supporting the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and facilitating orientation sessions
3. Assisting in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs
4. Updating and maintaining HR databases and employee records
5. Assisting in drafting HR policies and procedures
6. Participating in HR projects and initiatives as assigned
7. Providing administrative support to the HR team as needed
