Human Resources (HR) Internship

1. Recruitment Support:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Help in conducting initial screenings of candidates and maintaining candidate databases.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork and assisting with orientation programs.

2. Employee Records Management:
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in organizing and archiving HR documentation, such as contracts, policies, and forms.

3. HR Communication:
- Participate in drafting internal HR communications, including announcements, reminders, and policy updates.
- Assist in the preparation of HR-related materials for employees and new hires.

4. HR Projects:
- Collaborate with the HR team on various projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, performance management, or policy development.
- Conduct research and data analysis to provide insights for HR decision-making.

5. General Administrative Support:
