About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Updating employee records and assisting in payroll management
2. Screening resumes and scheduling interviews
3. Recruiting suitable candidates and working on employee development
4. Managing employment forms
5. Interpreting, analyzing, and explaining internal databases
6. Filing documents and answering client and employee inquiries
7. Confirming applicant availability and gathering and organizing job applications
8. Writing employee communications and correspondence about updates in HR policies
9. Participating and assisting in career days and company social and networking events

Other requirements

1. Experience in management and Human Resources (HR)

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

3. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

4. Experience in employee relations

5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively

6. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

7. Comfortable with traveling to our outlet in Delhi NCR/Outstation and working on field recruitment

8. Male candidates preferred
