About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
a. Find, evaluate, offer jobs, and interview candidates for tutoring positions
b. Support all stages of hiring, from sourcing to interviewing candidates for different roles

II. Organizational Design:
a. Assist in structuring how the organization operates
b. Create job descriptions and assess roles to fit company goals

III. Research and Development:
a. Work with the R&D team to find new ways to recruit teachers and staff
