About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Find, evaluate, and interview candidates for tutoring positions, and support all stages of the hiring process from sourcing to offering jobs.
2. Organizational Design: Assist in structuring the organization's operations, including creating job descriptions and assessing roles to align with company goals.
3. Research and Development: Collaborate with the R&D team to identify innovative methods for recruiting teachers and staff.
