About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:

1. Manage full-cycle recruitment and new-hire onboarding
2. Address employee queries, resolve conflicts, and maintain positive employee relations
3. Assist in performance review processes and coordinate training programs
4. Maintain employee records and HR systems accurately
5. Oversee payroll support, benefits administration, and exit formalities

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
2. 1-2 years of HR generalist internship experience
