Human Resources (HR) Internship

This internship role is located in Chennai, with office locations in Kilpauk, Kellys The intern will support various HR functions, contributing to the continuous improvement and efficiency of our HR practices. This position is ideal for freshers who are passionate about Human Resources and looking to build a career in this field. The employment type is Internship with the potential for Contract-To-Hire.

ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP

We seek a dynamic and enthusiastic HR intern to join our talented team at Windzard Technologies Private Limited! As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while working closely with experienced professionals.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including resume screening, conducting initial interviews, coordinating assessments, and working on HR activities
2. Hire candidates' requirements for suitable job roles
3. Provide recruitment end-to-end solution
4. Work on requirements, screen the candidates and do the primary interviews
5. Work on onboarding and joining process
6. Work on salary packages for the candidates
7. Do salary negotiations with candidates

Start Date: Immediately
Duration: 3 months to 6 months
Stipend: 4,000-6,000 per month (plus attractive incentives)
Requirement: Master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
