Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Shortlisting suitable profiles/candidates from the job portals and references
2. Scheduling and lining-up interviews
3. Taking interview feedback from the candidates
4. Working on end-to-end recruitment
5. Calling and scheduling meetings with the candidates
6. Conducting walk-in drives
7. Working on office administration and maintenance
