About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support, build, and execute a robust post-offer engagement plan with the hiring team keeping candidate experience on top
2. Plan and execute an appropriate on-boarding process for new hires and joining formalities
3. Plan and execute monthly employee connects, town hall & unplugged sessions
4. Support with exit management and other employee survey reports
5. Coordinate with external vendors - background verification agencies, vendor management organizations, procurement teams, engagement vendors, etc. to complete requirements in line with client and internal expectations
6. Support governance groups across people services and handle employee lifecycle process data management as required
7. Involve in all org level HR initiatives and strong organizational skills and ability to multitask are required
