Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings
2. Identify ways to improve policies and procedures
3. Prepare offer, appointment, termination and severance letters
4. Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
5. Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
6. Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
7. Assist in setting up training programs
