Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify and match job opportunities with candidates' fields of expertise
2. Establish and maintain relationships with new companies to secure job placements for candidates
3. Assist candidates in building effective and professional resumes tailored to specific job applications
4. Conduct mock interviews to prepare candidates for real-life interview scenarios, providing feedback and guidance for improvement
5. Coordinate and oversee the entire placement process, from candidate assessment to final placement
6. Ensure timely communication between candidates and companies, addressing any issues that arise during the process
7. Maintain accurate records of candidate placements, employer interactions, and placement outcomes
8. Ensure that candidates are placed in positions that align with their skills, qualifications, and career goals
