2. Work on operational calendarization to optimize bandwidth usage.
3. Drive GVC learning consumption and creation of GVC channels.
4. Upload session recordings on GVC channels for Excel, Power BI, and Future Skills series.
5. Ensure CSOD training data upload by the 25th of every month and provide monthly reminders to business units (BUs).
6. Manage Coursera nominations and provide weekly progress updates.
7. Generate reports for GVC, CSOD, and Seamex tickets.
8. Consolidate nominations for Gyanodaya programs and follow up for participation confirmation.
9. Conduct research on learning courses.
10. Provide support for digital academy execution, including SEO contests, AI and ML sessions, performance marketing, retention marketing, actalyst tracking, adobe analytics sessions, and competency sessions.
11. Assist with HR academy, product academy, and finance academy research and session scheduling.
12. Connect with BUs for learning dashboard utilization and feedback.
13. Generate weekly COMPASS reports and share them with BUs, tracking completion % for HR, IT, sales & marketing, manufacturing, and finance functions.
14. Schedule sessions and create creatives for INSPIRE & Know Your Business initiatives.
15. Track talent pool learning consumption through reports and coordinate with the Talent team.
16. Manage the learning newsletter section of the BCOE newsletter.
