Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
2. Screening candidates through telephonic conversations as well as during face-to-face interviews before shortlisting candidates for further rounds with business heads.
3. Coordinating directly with business heads to close positions with the right candidate on time.
4. Overseeing the onboarding process, from joining formalities to document verification and reference checks.
5. Creating offer letters and appointment letters.
6. Developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
7. Leading employment branding initiatives.
8. Ensuring a positive candidate experience.
9. Assisting in employee retention and development.
10. Supervising recruiting personnel.
11. Organizing and/or attending career fairs, assessment centers, or other events.
12. Using metrics to generate reports and identify areas for improvement.
13. Handling various recruitment tasks, such as headhunting, mid-level hiring, and job postings.
14. Utilizing job portals, LinkedIn, Facebook, and headhunting methods for recruitment.
