About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling end to end recruitment process
2. Sourcing appropriate resumes from various sources like internal databases, job portals, etc.
3. Briefing the candidates regarding the job profile and giving an organisation overview
4. Maintaining call report status on daily basis, offer status reports, pipeline report and weekly reports
5. Scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates
6. Conducting basic interviews with candidates and filtering as per requirement
