Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with the HR team to fulfill the organization's hiring needs efficiently
2. Aid in coordinating diverse recruitment tasks, including sourcing candidates through calls and portals
3. Liaise with multiple hiring managers and HR business partners (HRBPs) to ensure timely feedback
4. Follow up with candidates to schedule discussions and interviews promptly
5. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular updates on candidate status
6. Manage and update the recruitment management information system (MIS) regularly
7. Identify areas for enhancing candidate experience and streamlining scheduling processes
