This role will require you to assist the human resources team in identifying and recruiting specialists for the company's network of industry experts to facilitate consultations between our clients and industry professionals.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Serving clients by identifying their needs and providing feedback on the successful filling of jobs
2. Comprehending job specifications and recording accurate job descriptions, ensuring client requirements are in line with key processes and legislation
3. Searching and shortlisting CVs in line with the job order request while safeguarding specific standards reflective of client requests
4. Keeping in regular contact to review the progress and performance
5. Prescreening the candidates for their suitability and schedule interviews
Qualifications:
1. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
2. An ability to be constantly self-driven and organized
3. Actively seeking out opportunities in the human resources department
4. Interns (freshers or experienced) are welcome
5. Candidates from a Psychology background are preferred.
