Human Resources (HR) Internship

The HR team at Axis Bank is seeking an enthusiastic HR intern to assist our team in conducting a detailed study about sales associates.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities will be:

1. Make 30-40 phone calls daily to gather detailed information about professional experience and family background of sales associates on ground.
2. Document and organize the collected data accurately for analysis.
3. Assist in analyzing data to identify trends and insights related to the associates profiles.
4. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
5. Provide support in preparing reports and presentations.
