We are seeking a young & dynamic HR Trainee to assist in the HR functions in Andheri - Mumbai branch. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in carrying out the following.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Responsible for assisting the HR team with various HR tasks including Recruitment, MIS Report, Employee Engagement, Insurance Management, Data Management and other HR tasks.
2. Work closely with the HR team and gain hands-on experience in HR operations.
3. Assist in maintaining and updating HR databases and spreadsheets.
4. Compile and analyze HR data to prepare reports such as attendance, leave, turnover, and other HR metrics.
5. Support in creating dashboards and visualizations to present HR data effectively.
6. Help streamline HR processes through automation and digitization where applicable.
7. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular validations.
8. Collaborate with HR team members to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
9. Assist in conducting research and gathering information for HR analytics.
10. Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
