Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on all the MIS tracker/data of HR, including recruitment, joinings, employee database, etc., and updating the records accordingly
2. Updating various HR MIS on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis
3. Maintaining and updating data within turnaround time (TAT)
4. Generating and sharing reports/dashboards accurately and in a timely manner
5. Providing strong reporting and analytical information to support the HR team
6. Making recommendations to update the current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency
7. Managing the HR business MIS in Excel for all relevant employee records
8. Transforming all documents onto digital platforms
9. Performing any other tasks as assigned by the Head of HR
