Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design and update job descriptions
2. Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and free job portal, professional platforms)
3. Advertise job openings on the company s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
4. Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
5. Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
6. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
7. Screen incoming resumes and Shortlisting the candidates by using your IT technical skills
8. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
9. Coordinate for Interviews with candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
10. Administering appropriate company assessments
11. Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
12. Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
13. Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
14. Participate in job fairs, campus hiring, and host in-house recruitment events

You have:

1. Any bachelor's degree in CS/IT along with an MBA in human resources
2. Required 0-1 years of experience in IT recruitment
3. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills
