Human Resources (HR) Internship

The selected intern(s) will work on following during the internship:

1. Research on appropriate sources for recruitment
2. Sourcing, filtering, short listing CV s as per requirement
3. Scheduling and following up job interviews
4. Work as company representative for the external aspirants on email and phone
5. Documentation in charge during the entire process of recruitment
6. Managing employee records, leaves, salary payments, attendance
7. Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to new employees and updated communication to existing ones
8. Ensuring that all admin and sales reporting systems are working efficiently
9. Formalities for employees that are leaving; related to the final settlement, exit interviews etc.
10. Resolve queries related to the system
11. Record employee grievances and bring to the notice of the management
12. Compilation of attendance, salary, leave, targets, incentive records of the employee and presenting to the management periodically
13. Introduce innovative HR practices in the organization in terms of employee management, company culture which has a direct positive bearing on the company brand and efficiency
