Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
2. Help onboard new employees by preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
3. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
4. Support HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management and employee engagement programs.
5. Assist with HR administrative tasks, including generating reports, organizing training sessions, and managing HR documentation.
6. Communicate with employees and external stakeholders regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.
7. Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve HR processes and practices.
