About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Utilize HR portals for recruitment, job posting, and candidate management.
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with management to identify workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Maintain accurate records of field visits, candidate interactions, and portal activities.
Prepare and present reports on recruitment metrics and field visit outcomes.
