Human Resources (HR) Internship

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Human Resource Intern to join our HR team. The intern will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks, gaining hands-on experience in the field of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the candidate database.

Onboarding & Off boarding:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation and orientation.
Support exit formalities and feedback collection.

HR Operations:
Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
Assist in payroll processing and attendance tracking.
Support compliance and policy updates.

Employee Engagement:
Contribute to planning and executing engagement activities, workshops, and events.
Assist in creating communication materials for internal updates.

Administrative Support:
Handle routine administrative tasks, such as preparing HR reports and letters.
Support in drafting HR policies and guidelines as required.
