About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct detailed data analysis of the market, clients, and research
2. Manage and support databases, ensuring functionality and accuracy
3. Assist the HRBP with recruitment processes, market benchmarking, job evaluations, and HRMS implementation
