About the internship
Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Human Resource Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. You will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance.
Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment processes, including sourcing, scheduling, and onboarding.
Support HR operations like employee record management and policy communication.
Help plan employee engagement activities and training programs.
Provide administrative support and contribute to special HR projects.
Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
